To maintain quality and protect client outcomes, integrated account managers do NOT:
- ✕Deliver technical work or implementation
- ✕Promise scope or make pricing commitments
- ✕Negotiate terms outside agreed framework
- ✕Represent themselves as Lumen Helix employees
- ✕Commit to deliverables without backoffice approval
